33 souls who are damned for hell have taken a defiant stand against the judgement God has placed upon them, and now seek to rally together through several stages of hell in order to defy fate and become 33 Immortals. Players will join massive ongoing raids of up to 33 players with their chosen weapons, abilities, and upgrades to loot God’s domain, grow even more powerful, and kill God itself.

S’agissant do l’Inferno, le boss final qui nous attend n’est autre que Lucifer en personne. Et cet Ange dé especialmentechu risque clairement do jeter un froid lorsque vous le rencontrerez. Il arbore en effet une forme gargantuesque et fonctionne exactement comme un boss do raid dans un MMO plus conventionnel : une barre de vie interminable, des attaques por zone proprement dfoivastatrices si on ne parvient pas à les esquiver, invocation de hordes de monstres pour nous ralentir, et des phases esteù il faudra être particulièrement efficace, au risque d’être éradiqué especialmentes en un clin d’œil.

I had good luck defeating Torture Chambers with just three or four fighters total, but six was always welcome, hence my eventual shepherding. I also ended up prioritizing keys when shopping at the Bone Shrines scattered around Inferno because, dang it, I love unlocking chests.

That Dark Woods safe haven I mentioned is where weapons are chosen, perks are wished for, and upgrades are purchased using loot from previous runs. At the early access launch, the title has four weapons to choose from: sword, bow, daggers, and staff, each offering a different play styles, movesets, and powers. After trying out the sword’s heavy slashes and blocks, the staff’s AOE blasts, and the dagger’s unrelenting aggressiveness, the bow was what I clicked with.

Nearby, Charon manages cosmetics, all currently unlockable for free using cosmetic tokens found in runs. To the north, Beatrice grants you Feats, which unlock new gameplay features, while the eight Weapon Altars around her will let you pick which one you want to defy divine judgement with.

Each of these 33 Immortals Gameplay weapons have a primary and secondary attack that rely on you inflicting damage on enemies to build up their respective gauges.

Unfortunately, I can’t judge the game based on promised features. Thankfully, this multiplayer twist on the roguelike genre is enough of a draw alone for me to recommend 33 Immortals.

Vu notre temps imparti relativement court, nous n’avons toutefois pas pu explorer plus avant cette partie de la progression. Il faudra donc creuser plus profondfoiment la question dans sa version early access disponible dès aujourd’hui.
